Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in a defined geographic territory using a fully stocked mobile store. The role involves cold-calling, prospecting, and on-site customer engagement across multiple industrial sectors.

The candidate must reside in the territory, be able to acquire a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. Strong independence and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales preferred.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in last 10 years.
• Analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets and common business apps.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Conduct face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales reports and prospect activity.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software with notes and details.
