Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales of industrial hardware across a defined Dallas-area territory. The role centers on direct customer engagement, presenting solutions via a mobile store, and expanding our customer base in sectors like transportation, manufacturing, aerospace, and more.

You will manage an independent field operation, maintain data integrity in the CRM, and report daily activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in route or industrial sales is preferred.
• Tenured work history required; max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps is expected.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referring, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face visits to cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of your mobile store; submit daily sales reports and prospect calls.
• Keep customer information up to date in company software.
