Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware to customers in a defined California territory. You will prospect, cold-call, and visit clients, presenting solutions using your mobile store and product demos.

You must reside in the territory, maintain a clean driving history, and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, with the ability to kneel and bend as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially route/industrial sales.
• Must reside within assigned territory with no relocation.
• Must be able to purchase or lease approved mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
