Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales within a defined Ohio territory using a fully stocked mobile store.

The role emphasizes face-to-face customer visits, prospecting, and presenting solutions directly from the mobile store. The ideal candidate will own the territory, maintain a clean driving record, and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must have a tenured work history with a maximum of 3 employers over the last 10 years.
Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.

Responsibilities

Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
