Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile industrial hardware to customers in a defined Seattle-area territory. You will prospect, cold-call, and conduct face-to-face visits to grow the customer base, presenting solutions via your mobile store and live demos.

The role requires independence, a strong tenure history, and the ability to operate a self-contained mobile store. A high school diploma is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial/route sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background with minimal job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills expected; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and cold calls; visit on-site customers.
• Present products using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness, operation, and marketing of the mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
• Keep accurate customer data in company software.
