Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales within a defined geographic territory using a mobile store approach. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and in-person visits to customers across industrial sectors.

Applicants must reside in the assigned territory and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, while maintaining a clean driving history and physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean, operational, and well-marketed; submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
