Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Territory Manager to drive on-site sales of industrial hardware across a defined geographic region. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and deliver on-site demonstrations and solutions tailored to each client.

You must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. The role emphasizes independence, discipline, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have a strong tenure history; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Ability to operate a mobile store and perform physical tasks.
• Clean driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
