Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of industrial hardware within a defined geographic territory in Texas. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform face-to-face prospecting, and build relationships with customers across transportation, facilities maintenance, and manufacturing sectors.

The role requires residency in the territory, a clean driving history, and the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales/orders.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
