Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Territory Manager to run a fully stocked mobile store and deliver industrial hardware to customers in a defined geographic territory. You will cold-call, prospect, and visit businesses, presenting products via the mobile store and sample boards to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates reside within the territory, can purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and have the physical ability to kneel and bend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• No job hopping for more than 3 companies in 10 years.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information using company software.
