Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will conduct cold and warm calls and make face-to-face visits, often using on-site demos from your mobile store.

The ideal candidate resides in the territory, can purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintains a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Job Stability: Must have a strong tenured background; ideal candidate has at most 3 companies in 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently with a proven history of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and via cold/warm calls.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, operational, and report daily sales and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts and notes in company software.
