Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware to customers across a defined North Carolina territory. You will prospect and sell, present solutions with your mobile storefront, and manage day-to-day operations while maintaining data integrity for customer contacts.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle, a clean driving history, and physical ability to stock

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly to operate a mobile store.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report sales activity daily.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
