Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Decatur, IL seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware within a defined geographic territory. You will prospect, present solutions from a mobile store, maintain store operations, and ensure data integrity in the CRM.

Must reside in territory and own/lease an approved mobile store vehicle, with a clean driving history. A high school diploma is required; outside industrial sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a stable work history with at most 3 employers in 10 years.
• Relocation is not available; you must reside within the assigned territory.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and perform face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: maintain cleanliness, operation and marketing of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
