The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Proven success in driving sales performance and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel to nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, product launches, and financial oversight.
• Implement best practices for product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling, inventory management, and operational audits.
• Lead your team to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Analyze store performance data to identify trends, address gaps, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
