RedLion Mobility in New York invites an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and product launches. You will drive revenue through strategic selling and strong customer engagement.

You will lead a team, onboard new hires, ensure policy compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. A solid retail background, travel readiness within 35 miles, and bilingual skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with wireless/telecom terminology preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel within 35 miles; bilingual Spanish or French strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations: merchandising, inventory control, product launches.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies: cash handling, inventory management, audits.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals through strategic selling, upselling, and cross-selling of Optimum products.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Foster a collaborative, performance‑driven culture with accountability and recognition.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, including NPS goals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
