You will oversee store operations, drive sales, coach staff, and uphold standards while maximizing customer satisfaction. Strong communication and travel flexibility are valued.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and audits.
• Drive sales through strategic selling, upselling, and promotions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
