Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a store operations leader to drive daily store performance, optimize merchandising and inventory, and launch new products. You will collaborate on promotions, customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets while ensuring policy compliance and team development.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail management, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel locally. Evening/weekend availability and bilingual ability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with wireless/telecom terminology.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and product launches.
• Collaborate on product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies including cash handling and audits.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals through strategic selling and upselling.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS goals.
• Present, promote and sell products/services to customers.
