Job summary

RedLion Mobile in New York is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and product launches.

Lead sales teams to meet revenue goals, coach onboarding, and ensure policy compliance; travel within a 35-mile radius; bilingual Spanish or French preferred.

This role offers advancement opportunities with base pay of $22/hour plus potential commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with telecom terminology preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius; bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, inventory control and product launches.
• Collaborate on product positioning, promotions, and customer engagement to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, inventory management and audits.
