RedLion Mobility in Bronx, NY is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will drive sales, upsell wireless and broadband solutions, partner with marketing on local events, and mentor staff to meet performance metrics.

3–5 years retail management required; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless or consumer electronics.
• Proven success driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; partner with marketing on events and campaigns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
