Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital tools and self-serve options to educate customers and close sales.
• Complete training on products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and protect assets.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, and drive sales activity while maintaining exceptional service.
• Collaborate with nearby store teams to support the customer experience from setup to servicing.
