Job summary

Mobile Associates are responsible for leveraging digital tools to address customer needs, build relationships, and drive sales. The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of experience. Notably, employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate who balances customer experience with performance goals.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment using digital tools to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools to identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions.
• Complete training on new skills, products, and processes to remain customer-ready.
