Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail. You will need to be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing solutions.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and processes to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Engage, build rapport, attract referrals, and support sales activities at your location.
