Job summary

At T-Mobile, store-in-store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a high-traffic retail setting.

The role educates, demonstrates, and recommends solutions, with on-the-job training and a path to Mobile Expert. Competitive pay includes $19.50 base + $5 training pay, plus a guaranteed $20/hour with incentives and stock benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems.
• Continuously learns and improves skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Performs skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• Provides friendly, engaging service and builds rapport with customers.
• Connects with customers, matches pace, and builds trust and loyalty.

• Proactively attracts potential customers to drive sales in the location.
• Follows up with customers, collects referrals, and manages Be Back processes.
• Forms relationships with new and existing customers.
