Job summary

T-MobileStore-in-Store Mobile Associates play a key role inside a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energy, passion, and expert customer service to a high-traffic environment. You educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while building rapport with customers.

Starting hourly pay is $18.00 with $5 training pay; after training, incentives can boost earnings and annual stock grants are available to all employees, reflecting T-Mobile’s ownership culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and educates them on products and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, learn new skills, products, and processes.
• Provide excellent customer experiences, drive sales activity, and build relationships with customers.
