Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate customers on product value and benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experiences, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn to improve customer experience.
• Show passion for delivering exceptional service, attract customers, and drive sales activity at your location.
