You will cover various roles and shifts, providing high‑level customer service while adhering to all gaming regulations and company policies. A background in cash handling and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet).
• Ability to do simple math with accuracy.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understand and adhere to compliance requirements (Nevada Gaming Control Board).
• Strong problem‑solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations verifying funds on property.
• Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25‑mile radius.
• Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk.
• Become familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers.
• Provide top-tier customer service.
• Adhere to company and government regulations.
• Maintain sports betting equipment.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations and staff training/mentoring.
