Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Ability to work in home-based or outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in home or facility settings.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support staff per licensure.
• Document clinical and billing records timely.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physicians to select appropriate therapy.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs and progress.
• Maintain safety and organize home-based care environments.
