Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for full-time mobile outpatient therapy serving Watertown to Southington, CT. You will provide 35-40 hours per week of rehabilitation in ALF/ILF and community settings, helping patients communicate and swallow while designing and executing individualized therapy plans.

You will join a team-focused practice with mentorship for new grads, ongoing CEUs, and Visa/Relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field as per ASHA requirements.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in CT.

Responsibilities

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate speech disorders.
• Design and deliver rehab plans; ensure effective and efficient therapy.
• Collaborate with care teams and refer to other services when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Support patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
