Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for mobile outpatient services in Auburn, MA. The role offers 30-40 hours weekly (part-time 24 hours possible) with a salaried, full-time position across two facilities and the community.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating older adults in home and facility settings, coordinating with the rehab team, and ensuring timely documentation, billing, and compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients’ residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home and community settings.
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen.
• Document and bill in a timely manner; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Promote safety and a compassionate, high-quality service to residents and families.
