Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Auburn, MA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-home outpatient team serving older adults in ALF/ILF and community settings. This full-time role (30-40 hours; part-time 24 hours/week considered) offers flexible scheduling, a supportive mentorship program for new grads, and ongoing CEU opportunities.

The position emphasizes in-home functional therapy and collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home or facility settings for older adults.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation and attend related meetings.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate therapy protocols.
