Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals, implement therapy plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate care in home and community settings.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Adapt therapy to patient needs and ensure safety.
