Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a busy retail setting, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate product value. You'll use digital tools, build relationships, and help customers find the right plan.

The role requires a High School diploma, at least 6 months in sales or customer service, and legal work authorization. Training is provided; benefits include stock grants, 401(k), and other perks as described in the Total Rewards

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• As a Mobile Associate, you will consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding. You will identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems. Review promotions and updates to be customer ready. Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers; perform skills practice, share knowledge, and manage store operations.
• Customer obsessed: engage with customers, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Reach out to potential customers to drive sales; follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
