Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize our Retail Team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations.

You’ll engage customers, educate and demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. You’ll build relationships, identify customer needs, and use solution-based selling to showcase wireless products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates on T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrates products and uses solution-based selling to meet customer needs.
• Completes training on in-store processes and ensures customer-ready service.
• Builds relationships with store leadership to support the customer experience from setup to account servicing.
