Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Provide exceptional service and help exceed customer expectations, including following up and building relationships with new and existing customers.
