Job summary

T-Mobile in California is seeking Mobile Associates to be the face of the brand in high-traffic retail environments. You will educate customers, demonstrate wireless solutions, and use digital tools to guide onboarding and self-serve options.

You’ll need strong communication, coaching, and consultative selling skills, with a customer-focused approach to identify needs, build rapport, and exceed sales metrics. 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience background in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate solutions and deepen relationships.
• Completes training on in-store experiences, products, processes, and systems; stays customer ready and on-brand through ongoing learning and store coordination.
• Delivers exceptional service, follows up with customers, captures referrals, and supports Be Back processes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
