Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee multiple service sites across a region, ensuring smooth operations, high customer fulfillment, and safety compliance. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to manage field teams and client expectations.

You will lead Service Technicians, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with P&L management.
• Experience managing safety programs.
• Willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: Establish and oversee safety practices and protocols.
• Operational effectiveness: Drive safety, structure, and continuous improvement; manage change across stakeholders.
• Team leadership: Lead Service Technicians; ensure safety training and certifications.
• Customer relations: Interface with customers; ensure contractual obligations.
• Financial management: Manage site budgets, cost allocations, revenue tracking in systems like Salesforce and SAP.
• Continuous improvement: Develop and deliver site LEAN improvement plans.
