Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology seeks a Mobile Site Manager to oversee multiple service sites across the region. This role requires extensive travel, strong leadership of Service Technicians, and ensuring safety/compliance with company standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams, and leverage Salesforce/SAP for data-driven operations. Travel extensively within New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a passport.
• Experience in P&L management.
• Experience managing safety programs.
• Advanced computer operation and internet navigation skills.
• Commitment to Vestas’ DEIB values.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: Establish and oversee safety practices and protocols.
• Operational effectiveness: Foster safety culture and lead change management.
• Team leadership: Lead and develop Service Technicians and ensure safety training.
• Customer relations: Interface with customers and ensure contractual obligations.
• Financial management: Manage site budgets and data in Salesforce and SAP.
• Continuous improvement: Develop LEAN improvements at the site.
• Technical assistance: Provide technical support to Service Technicians.
• Travel: 100% travel; region NM/AZ and potential others.
