Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee service site operations, safety, and performance across multiple wind farms. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while delivering reliable turbine uptime.

You will travel to turbines as required, bring strong English communication, and apply your safety leadership and budget management skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Technical background with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment focused on safety at the site and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Develop and empower teams to efficiently operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Establish robust partnerships with clients to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet budget targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and problem-solving to optimize turbine performance.
