Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee multiple service sites within a designated region. The role focuses on safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with travel to various sites across New Mexico and Arizona.

You will lead a team of Service Technicians, manage budgets, and coordinate with Sales and SAP systems. The position demands strong supervisory experience, P&L and safety program management, and robust computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain passport.
• Experience in P&L management.
• Experience managing safety programs.
• Advanced computer operation and internet navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: establish and monitor safety practices and regulatory adherence.
• Operational effectiveness: promote safety culture, structure, and continuous improvement; manage change with stakeholders.
• Team leadership: supervise and develop Service Technicians; ensure safety training and certifications.
• Customer relations: interface with customers, handle inquiries, and meet contractual obligations.
• Financial management: manage site budgets, cost allocations, and revenues; input data in Salesforce and SAP.
• Continuous improvement: develop and deliver site LEAN plans and improvements.
• Technical assistance: provide technical support to technicians and ensure adherence to work instructions.
• Travel: this is a 100% travel position; region: New Mexico and Arizona.
