Vestas is seeking a Mobile Site Manager to oversee service-site operations, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, while guiding teams across wind farm sites. The role requires hands-on leadership, budget awareness, and coordination of maintenance to maximize turbine output.

The position emphasizes travel to multiple turbines, strong English communication, and proven management experience in a related service field, with a valid driver's license and passport.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.
• Willingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed.
• Availability for traveling 100% of the time.
• Technical background, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety leadership and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Develop and empower the team to operate and maintain wind turbine plants.
• Establish robust client partnerships to meet contractual commitments.
• Manage costs to meet budgetary targets for service contracts.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and optimize turbine performance.
• Demonstrate fiscal oversight and assess organizational effectiveness.
