Job summary

Bartow Ford seeks an Experienced Mobile Service Technician to deliver onsite maintenance and repairs for customers, using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles in various weather conditions, while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer care.

The role offers a sign-on bonus, training pay, competitive weekly earnings potential, and full benefits. Hours are Mon–Fri 7:00am–5:00pm, with rotating Saturdays, and no tools required for this

Qualifications

• Requires ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experienced Service Technician.
• Strong reading comprehension for safety and maintenance manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, light repairs offsite in varying weather.
• Present recommended maintenance items.
• Execute diagnostic, maintenance and repair services accurately.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance per standards.
• Test drive to diagnose and confirm repairs.
• Operate new diagnostic systems and learn updated repair information.
• Complete all paperwork and payments daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of the mobile van.
• Obtain Hazmat Certification.
