Qualifications

• B-level or higher qualifications preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Service Technician experience preferred.
• Strong use of tablets and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site mobile service to customers’ workplaces and homes.
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per repair orders.
• Document work accurately and communicate with coordinators.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete training.
• Drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
• Manage time and organize daily appointments.
