Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues per Ford specifications

• Interact professionally with customers and explain service performed
• Ensure work meets quality standards and post-service inspection is completed
