Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive experience required.
• Mobile service experience a plus.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Test systems and components to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate subsystems or components causing issues.
• Drive vehicle for testing purposes after repairs.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
• Repair or replace worn parts before failure occurs.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools as needed.
• Interact with vehicle owners in the field and explain issues.
• Represent the store and Ford Mobile Service branding.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and help grow the operation.
