Job summary

Holler Ford is seeking a skilled Ford Mobile Service Technician to join our Mobile Service team in Central Florida. You will provide maintenance and light repairs at customer homes or workplaces, representing the Ford brand with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing on-site, and maintaining the service van, parts, and safety standards while communicating clearly with customers and coordinating with the dealership for complex repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• ASE Certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred).
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services at customer-designated locations (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements, fluid top-offs).
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on-site using Ford-approved tools and software.
• Operate a Ford Mobile Service van and maintain its cleanliness and inventory.
• Communicate vehicle condition and recommended services clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with the dealership service department for parts, scheduling, and escalations.
