Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, service and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks across multiple locations. You will drive safely, follow USS and DOT standards, and interact with customers to ensure high service quality.

The role requires a valid license and at least two years of commercial driving experience, with strong time management and communication skills. A physical, full-time position with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL or non-commercial Driver License.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive service truck to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties safely in line with USS and DOT standards.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 150 lbs and frequent movements.
• Engage with customers on-site to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Adjust routes as needed and provide routing feedback to improve efficiency.
