Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks across assigned routes. You will drive to customer locations, perform cleaning and pumping, and ensure safety standards are met on every job.

The role emphasizes strong time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills while maintaining open communication with customers and the Operations team to optimize routes and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Valid TWIC.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company service truck to various locations to service, pump, clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties safely in accordance with USS and DOT standards.
• Handle lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Perform portable toilet servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Engage with customers on site to ensure services meet standards.
• Be flexible to adjust routes to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate customer needs and future requirements effectively.
