Job summary

Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Mobile Service Department. You will coordinate workflow, communicate with customers, assist technicians, and ensure accurate repair documentation, billing, and invoicing.

You will work with Service, Parts, Warranty, and Sales teams, schedule repairs, monitor RO status, prepare estimates, manage timekeeping, and help collect payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a heavy-duty truck dealership service environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with DBS and related service software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with the Service Manager to set priorities and repair strategies.
• Assign work to technicians based on skill, workload, and availability.
• Schedule daily mobile service work for optimal technician utilization.
• Maintain accurate repair status updates in Decisiv.
• Open, prepare, and process mobile service repair orders efficiently.
• Assist with customer communications on estimates and progress.
• Ensure repair orders are closed within 48 hours.
