Utility Keystone Trailer Sales, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to manage daily mobile service operations and act as second in command to the Mobile Service Supervisor.

You will oversee dispatch, repair order control, field support, and team leadership, ensuring smooth execution when the Supervisor is unavailable. You will coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, and help prepare quotes and work scopes while upholding safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Heavy-duty trailer knowledge or related field experience.
• Mechanical background for understanding repair needs and diagnostics.
• Experience with dispatch, service advising, repair orders, quotes, billing.
• Ability to lead daily work, stay calm under pressure, and hold others accountable.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service systems while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule mobile technicians based on safety, urgency, location, skill, parts, and customer needs.
• Serve as primary contact for customers from first call through repair completion and invoicing.
• Monitor routes, job progress, technician needs, and schedule changes throughout the day.
• Ask questions using knowledge for basic troubleshooting and help prepare accurate work scopes and quotes.
• Create, review, and close repair orders with accurate labor, parts, notes, inspections, and approvals.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service, Warranty, Sales, and customers to increase throughput.
• Review work before billing to prevent missed charges and rework.
• Support safe work practices, quality checks, and customer follow-up.
