Pohanka of Salisbury is seeking a Mobile Customer Service Coordinator to support scheduling for mobile service, dispatch technicians, and maintain customer records in our telematics system. The role emphasizes proactive communication, accuracy, and high-quality customer interactions.

Ideal candidates will manage multiple tasks, coordinate with technicians and customers, and ensure invoices match completed work while delivering a positive, professional experience in a dealership environment.

Mansioni

• Communicate with commercial and retail clients to schedule mobile service appointments.
• Manage the daily workflow and the dispatch of Mobile Techs to customer locations.
• Build and manage customer files for new customers and enter them into our telematics system.
• Complete all repair orders in our dealership system and telematics database to ensure the integrity of our scheduler.
• Establish strong customer service relationships with current customers and follow up on all appointments and service requests.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and confirm that the mobile work was completed as requested.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
