Job summary

UniFide CST is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair weighing equipment across the Green Bay area. You will diagnose issues, perform calibrations, and maintain strong relationships with customers in retail and industrial settings.

Preferred backgrounds include maintenance and industrial technician roles. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license, with willingness to obtain certifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and PC software).
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and complete required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Complete service documentation and customer reports.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and calibration weights.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing UniFide CST.
